This adult-themed game is filled with choices and opportunities that keep me glued to the screen. My affinity for such games is profound, and when a game like Heaven's Doll is crafted with care and effort, it's hard not to appreciate it. However, it's not without its flaws. The overall aesthetics of the game are commendable, but there are elements that could use some improvement.The gameplay involves engaging with five different female characters, each with their own unique attributes. The game begins with foreign language titles, which can be a bit off-putting as it's hard to understand what the characters are saying. The objective is to interact with the characters, indicated by yellow circles that appear when hovering over them. Clicking on these circles initiates a response from the characters and fills up a progress bar.Despite the intriguing gameplay, the game has its drawbacks. The language barrier can be a hindrance, and the censorship of certain elements can be frustrating. Additionally, the game has a tendency to lose progress, which can be disheartening. The final character remains locked even after completing all the tasks, adding to the list of grievances.In terms of design, the pixelated graphics are a nostalgic nod to classic video games, which I find endearing. However, the sex mechanics are somewhat monotonous, and the lack of interactive options can make the game feel limited. The language barrier and unnecessary censorship further complicate the gameplay. Despite these issues, Heaven's Doll offers a unique gaming experience that can be both engaging and frustrating in equal measure.
