Child actor to gravure to AV

Rui Shido acted as a child, including on NHK's educational channel, then left the business and worked as a cram-school teacher before returning as a gravure model. She made her adult debut with MUTEKI, the label for celebrities and gravure idols, in June 2025, and her 2026 titles are mostly with S1. She appeared on the back cover of Weekly Playboy in September 2026 and released a digital photobook the same month. She was #22 on FANZA's monthly retail actress chart for October 2026 so far. Her agency is LiStar Pro.

The account has about 158,000 followers and a blue check, and S1's official account tags @rui_shido in its release posts. Most posts are one high-quality gravure photo with a short thank-you caption, usually swimsuit or bikini shots that draw 5,000 to 16,000 likes. She posts a few times a month, more often around releases. Other posts announce events, such as a calendar release event on 14 November and a year-end party on 19 December. Captions are in Japanese.
