Natsu Tojo debuted in February 2020 as an exclusive for FALENOstar and went freelance at the end of that year. She was FANZA's #6 actress of 2022 and hosts the CS TV show Kira Suma Nacchan. Since 2023 she has been exclusive to the studios Honnaka and DAS. She took a break from shooting between August 2023 and late 2024, and her older titles kept charting while she was away. She was #19 on FANZA's monthly retail actress chart for September 2026 and #31 on the video chart for August 2026 (best #22 since December 2025, per Proclivity-DB).

The account has about 219,000 followers. It has no blue check, but the official Honnaka and DAS accounts tag @_tojo_natsu in their release posts, and her bio names her agency LINX. She posts almost every day, usually a set of high-resolution photos with a one-line caption: lingerie and bikini shots, cosplay, and days out such as a cosmos field or Hong Kong Disneyland. Other posts recap events, including her first solo fan meeting in Hong Kong in early October, and announce new ones such as a Kira Suma event on 21 November. Captions are mostly in Japanese, with some English.
There is no nudity on X. Many photos are lingerie or bikini shots.
